Alireza is IranPartner’s President. He has more than 25 years of international trade experience across the Middle East, South East Asia, and CIS. As a business leader, Alireza has worked on multiple projects across the CIS and the Middle East in the field of oil products, chemicals, industrial equipment and construction. From 1990 to 2000 Alireza was the business development manager of Pars Group and Shargh Group for their Dubai, Moscow, Almaty, Tashkent and Yerevan offices. Prior to IranPartner, Alireza was the commercial manager of Fosroc Iran in the field of construction solutions. He graduated from Sharif University of Technology (SUT) in the field of Oil and Gas Engineering in 1989. He speaks Persian, English, and Russian.
Farbod is IranPartner’s Managing Partner. Farbod is internationally experienced across a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, distribution, chemicals, packaging, consumer goods, private equity, and telecommunications. From a functional perspective, he specializes in corporate and business entry strategy focused on the Iranian market. Prior to joining IranPartner, Farbod was the business development Executive at Standard World General Trading. He holds an Executive MBA from University of London CASS Business School. He speaks fluent English and Persian.
Head of Consultancy Department
Davar Azarmi is IranPartner’s Head of Consultancy Department. He is experienced in strategy formulation and execution, managing complex and multidisciplinary projects. Experienced in technology management, innovation management, and mastery in a wide spectrum of marketing subjects. Davar’s excellent business research ability as well as his advanced analytical and statistical knowledge enables him to comprehensively deliver various projects. He graduated from ‘Universidad Complutense de Madrid’ with Ph.D. in Information Technology, and ‘Universidad Europea de Madrid’ with Ph.D. in Business and Economics in 2016. He speaks fluent Persian, English, and Spanish.
Director of Oil & Gas
Mansour is IranPartner’s Director of Oil & Gas. With over 25 years of managerial experience in numerous projects in Iran’s oil and gas sector, he specializes in design, design supervision, site supervision and construction, commissioning, start-up, and operation and maintenance. Mansour is the General Manager of Cape Iran, a multinational downstream service provider, where he develops the company’s business in the country. Prior to Cape plc, he worked as site manager of South Pars Phase 12 – EPC 3 project at Oil Industries’ Commissioning and Operation Company (OICO). He had previously worked as a manager at Petro Iran Development Company (PEDCO), Sabra Engineering and Techno Electric Engineering companies. Mansour received his B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology. He speaks Farsi, English and French.
Director of Food & Beverages
Parviz Agahi is IranPartner’s Director of Food & Beverages. His broad knowledge of European, the Middle East and international Market, along with years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Project Engineering and Feasibility studies act as powerful factors, enabling IranPartner’s Market Study team to gain deep insight on the domestic and international markets. Parviz graduated from Sharif University of Technology (SUT) with an MBA in 2008, and also an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering 1998. He speaks fluent Persian and English.
Sina Akbari Mistani
Sina Mistani is IranPartner’s Senior Manager. He has three years of experience in developing feasibility studies, business planning and market assessment in the Iranian markets. Before IranPartner, he worked at JTD Ltd, developing financial models for large-scale petrochemical and port development projects. He also temporarily worked as the financial manager at Behrood Mokamel, a livestock feed producer. Sina graduated from Sharif University of Technology (SUT) with an MBA in 2014, and also a BS in Electrical Engineering in 2012. He speaks Persian and English and basic Spanish.
William B Jenkins
Business Development Manager
William is IranPartner’s Business Development Manager. He has a decade of experience working and studying across the Middle East, Europe, and Australia. He was formerly Senior Consultant at EY in Dubai where he contributed to the team working on business development, research and market entry for the Iranian and Arab economies. He has particular experience in insurance and financial services, manufacturing, FMCG and retail, agribusiness, and education with multinational and smaller clients. William taught Arabic and Persian as well as Iranian history at the Australian National University (ANU), consulted on Middle East market entry for a boutique Australian firm and on Indian Ocean trade policy at the Australian Senate, and has worked at the Australian Chamber of Commerce in bilateral trade and productivity policy research. William is an honors graduate of ANU and Erasmus Scholar in Global and Economic History at Leipzig and LSE. He speaks Persian, Arabic, and English and has experience with German, French, and Urdu.
Director of Pharmaceutical Markets
Amir Javidtash is IranPartner’s Director of Pharmaceutical Markets. During his 10-year experience in pharmaceutical field, as Regulatory/Export Manager, Amir was a contact person and Project Manager for several important business cooperation with companies outside Iran from Eastern Asian countries to South Americans (Malaysia, Pakistan, Indonesia, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, etc). He succeeded to create different collaborations on Tech Transfer, Export and Import of High-Tech pharmaceuticals. Amir graduated from Tabriz University of Medical Science with a Pharm D. He speaks fluent Persian and English.
Delara is IranPartner’s Project Manager, equipped with over five years of experience in strategy consulting and B2B matchmaking services. Before joining IranPartner, she has been working as a project manager at KOTRA (Commercial Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea) for four years and was responsible for Korean incoming delegations as well as exhibitions. She was also in charge of matchmaking for Korean manufacturing companies and helping them find potential buyers in Iran. She has managed large projects in textile, pharmaceutical, healthcare, steel, construction industry, etc. Her expertise area is in helping multinational clients enter Iran’s market by profiling industries and competition, segmenting customers, analyzing distribution channels, identifying suitable partners and delivering growth strategies. Delara received her MA in TEFL from Tehran Azad University in 2012. She speaks fluent English and Persian.
Thoureh is IranPartner’s Market Analyst. She is very well in understanding and analyzing any market in any kind. She is a genius in data mining and finding the way of getting knowledge about something that seems to be completely obscure and unknown. She is also an intelligent project manager who knows how to guide the team to get the best results and deliver projects in due time. Being industrious and responsible, she is very punctual in completing projects. Moreover, she is very well in using the computer and specialized software. Thoureh graduated from Shahid Beheshti University with an MA in Economic Systems Planning in 2010 and a BA in Industrial Economics in 2008. She is a native Persian speaker and is fluent in English.
Commercial Office Manager
Saeed Noori is IranPartner’s Commercial Office Manager. He has an excellent and vast background in industrial market of Iran, involving in various related projects. Saeed is specialized in effective negotiations, developing strong analysis and has good interpersonal and leadership skills. He also has good knowledge of laws concerning tax, insurance and job contracts. Saeed graduated from University of Arak in the field of Petrochemical Engineering in 1996. He speaks fluent Persian and has good knowledge of English.
Niloofar is IranPartner’s Project Manager. Using her knowledge of project management and coordination, along with her experience in working with a multilingual corporation in Telecom, IT and Automotive industries will allow her to effectively consult multinational companies regarding investment and business opportunities in Iran, and also help create a more comfortable environment for the mentioned entities. Niloofar received her BA in Russian Language and Translation from Tehran University in 2013. She speaks fluent English, Persian, Russian and has basic knowledge of Turkish.

Reza Naderi is IranPartner’s Director of Animal Health Markets. He has more than 20 years of experience with Iran’s Animal Health business. As a technical advisor & marketing manager, he has worked in Iranian and multinational companies such as Bayer AG, Golpad Group, and Pakgostar Import company. His knowledge of the Iranian dairy, poultry, and aquaculture markets give him the ability to advise multinationals intending to enter the Iranian market. Reza has an M.Sc. in Animal Nutrition and a B.Sc. in poultry farming from the University of Tehran, and also a Veterinary Technician certificate from University of Tabriz. He is a native Farsi speaker fluent in English.

Parsa is IranPartner’s Senior Art Director. He has worked with several known companies in the fields of Branding, Graphic Design, UI Design, Photography, Films, Digital Marketing and Multimedia. Alessandro Fichera, is Iran Partner’s Representative in Italy. With more than 15 years in internationalization field, he is the Managing Director of Octagona Group, consulting company present with its own offices in Italy (headquarters), India, Vietnam and Brazil and able to provide international business services worldwide. He has a wide experience in mechanics, food, fashion and retail sectors with a particular specialization in European and Indian markets and he is Trainer in Ca’ Foscari, NIBI and other educational institutions with a strong international vocation. Prior to IranPartner and Octagona, he was Marketing Consultant for important Italian organizations and Group Marketing Manager for an important Italian group manufacturer of machines for working metal. Shahnawaz Albalushi is IranPartner’s Representative in Kenya and East African region. Shahnawaz is a business trader by profession and experience and has worked with the family business in textile, food commodities, precious metals and foreign currency exchange for twenty years in the Democratic Republic of Congo. At present, he is also L’Oréal Professional Hair care products distributor in Kenya. He is based in East Africa, well-groomed in African Affairs, businesses, and a match-making co-coordination. Jorge Mortean is IranPartner’s Representative in Brazil, founder and CEO of Mercator Business Intelligentsia, a Brazilian consultancy on building business relationships with the Middle East. His professional experiences range from areas such as Advertising (Creative Copywriter, JWThompson Sao Paulo, 2004-2005) and Corporate Sustainability (LATAM Environmental Projects Coordinator, HSBC Brazil, 2005-2009) to Trade Marketing (Two-year experience – 2010-2012 – at the Trade Promotion Sector of the Brazilian Embassy in Tehran, Iran). Thomas Marefat, is Paya Business Consulting’s managing director. Based in Paris, he has over 20 years of local and international business experience in Europe, Africa and the Middle East including Iran. Thomas has been involved in a substantial number of projects for/within large companies including Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei and Nortel. Thomas has assumed a wide range of responsibilities including engineering, project management, bid & proposal management, sales and business development, in various fields including telecommunications, IT and Data Centers, services, Oil&Gas, Renewable energies, transports.
